The 24-hour window
A refund is available only when you ask for it within 24 hours of the payment. Once 24 hours have passed, no course, monthly subscription, or lifetime purchase is eligible for a refund, whether or not you have used the content.
Monthly renewals
Each monthly renewal is a separate payment with its own 24-hour window. To stop future charges, cancel from your dashboard with Manage subscription. Cancelling does not refund the month you have already paid for; you keep Pro until it ends.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@inference-engineering.xyz from the address on your account within 24 hours of the payment. Include the payment ID from your Dodo Payments receipt. The time your email arrives is the time of the request.
Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, returns approved refunds to the original payment method. How soon the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
A full refund removes the Pro access that payment granted. Completed units, quiz results, and practice work stay in your account, and Foundations remains free.
